Heavenly Afternoon Tea

Our afternoon tea is thoughtfully curated to embrace the light, fresh flavours of the Spring season. Delicate savouries set the tone, with a buckwheat blini topped with smoked salmon mousse and lemon caviar, offering a refined balance of richness and zest. A sun-dried tomato arancini with fennel purée adds a subtle depth of flavour. Classic finger sandwiches follow, showcasing comforting combinations: roast beef with horseradish mayonnaise, honey roast ham with cheddar and Dijon mustard, and Brackla farm egg mayonnaise with watercress, all on carefully selected breads.

Scones are, of course, a highlight. Our buttermilk and cherry varieties are served with homemade Scottish preserves and clotted cream, providing a timeless moment of indulgence.

To finish, our desserts bring a touch of elegance and sweetness. The fragrant Persian love cake carries notes of citrus and spice, while the peanut, caramel, and banana tart is a delightful fusion of rich and creamy textures. A milk chocolate and tonka choux bun adds a luxurious depth, and the chocolate and raspberry torte rounds off the experience with a perfect balance of fruit and decadence.

Our Heavenly Afternoon Tea will be served in our lounge or can be taken outside for an alfresco experience under our Victorian Terrace.

Our afternoon tea is served alongside our extensive speciality Dammann tea collection and coffee menu and costs £31.50 per person.
