Helmed by the talented Chef Gerard Chouet, this landmark launch brings a touch of culinary magic to the Highlands, showcasing a spectacular tasting menu. Diners will embark on an unforgettable journey, where every course tells a story. Perfect for those seeking an elevated, one-of-a-kind dining adventure.
Inspired by the Highlands
Chef Gerard’s varied career has taken him from the food-obsessed region of Burgundy through some of Europe’s most renowned kitchens. Including a decade at the iconic Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles. With his fine dining expertise, he brings an infectious passion for Scotland’s rich natural larder. An avid wild forager, Gerard has a unique ability to uncover the Highlands’ hidden treasures, drawing inspiration from the landscapes and seasons.
Ingredients like foraged wild garlic and Aberdeenshire lamb are transformed into dishes that capture the essence of the region. This is a celebration of Scotland’s bounty, creating an unforgettable experience in the heart of Inverness.
