Join us for the latest edition of the Torrish Supper Club – ICONS, where we celebrate the icons in our kitchen and the finest ingredients from our larder with an unforgettable five-course menu.

Curated by Head Chef Gerard Chouet and his talented team, each dish is a tribute to their culinary expertise and heritage. Let’s take a look at what’s in store:

Starter – Chef Brian Ferguson
With a wealth of experience from AA Rosette kitchens, Senior Sous Chef Brian Ferguson presents a refined beef tartare—locally sourced, dry-aged beef complemented by oyster emulsion, pickled beetroot, and sourdough crostini.

Intermediate – Chef Julius Bein Galvez San Pedro
Inspired by his Filipino roots, Sous Chef Julius blends Asian flavors with fresh local seafood, served alongside a vibrant carrot slaw and cucumber dip.

Seafood – Chef Steven Stewart
Celebrating the icons of the seaSous Chef Steven Stewart presents a stunning turbot dish, paired with scallop mousseline, black truffle lobster bisque foam, sea herbs, and Jersey royal pearls.

Main Course – Executive Chef Gerard Chouet
Bringing a touch of Burgundy to the Highlands, Chef Chouet showcases Ardverikie estate venison, paired with salt-baked turnip, local chanterelle mushrooms, and a rich sauce grand veneur. A true showstopper.

Dessert – Pastry Chef Kevin Roy
Ending on a high note, Pastry Chef Kevin Roy crafts a decadent chocolate dessert, blending dark chocolate, blood orange, hazelnut, and hints of tonka bean. The perfect grand finale.

Reservations

Our menu cost £75 per guest, inclusive of our five course menu, and dinner will be served in our Torrish Restaurant. Reservations can be made online or by contacting us directly.

Ness Walk Supper Clubs are relaxed and offer an opportunity to meet new people with a love for food & drink. So, the vision is to bring together a community and interactive element to an industry that is often perceived as ‘stuffy’. Plus, special guests symbolic to the evening’s theme will be invited. Providing fascinating insight – and maybe some secrets… We can’t wait to share with you what we have in store!
