Spring Flower Arranging

After sell-out winter wreath making experiences in 2024, we are delighted to be welcoming back floral expert Lee for a Spring Flower Arranging Experience.

Hosted in the bright Riverbank Room with windows overlooking our courtyard garden, which awakens after its winter slumber. As spring bulbs begin to break through and add colour to this sheltered riverside haven, you will be taken on a creative journey as you assemble a stunning hat box display. Perfect for gifting to mum, just in time for Mothers Day – or simply to brighten up your front window at home.

Afternoon Experience

Arrive at 12.30pm for an afternoon tea experience, savouring the finest of seasonal flavours at your table in Torrish. After you have savoured your afternoon tea, you will be invited through to the Riverbank Room for 2pm where you will spend an hour designing and displaying a beautiful hat-box display.

• 1-hour flower-arranging workshop with Lee
• Design and leave with your own hat-box arrangement
• Heavenly Afternoon Tea in our Torrish Restaurant

Sunset Experience

Arrive at 5pm into our Riverbank Room where you will enjoy an evening selection of charcuterie and cheeses. After your savouries, our team will serve a stunning selection of desserts from our seasonal afternoon tea selection. At your tables, from 6pm, our floral expert Lee will work with you to design and display a fresh hat-box flower display.

Join us to create a beautifully giftable hat-box arrangement – either for your home or a loved one. This could be the perfect Mother’s Day experience! With the expert help of Lee, you will curate your own display. Choose striking colours or pair back your scheme to suit your home’s aesthetic. After the Spring Equinox, this hands-on experience will get you ready to embrace the season’s new bounty. The afternoon includes a heavenly afternoon tea in our Riverbank Room.

Culinary Afternoon

Arrive at Ness Walk and set down to savour culinary delights. Light flavours of spinach and goats cheese compliment our elegant selection of sandwiches.  Our inspired dessert collection offer a nod to both the cosy twilight evenings and the fresh fruit of Spring.  Bring one of your loved ones, gather your friends or enjoy an afternoon to yourself.
